In accordance with Jeju Island's 4th level social distancing upgrade (August 18 to September 12), private gatherings of 3 or more people after 18:00 are prohibited.
Accommodation reservations for 3 or more people are not allowed in accordance with the 4th step lodging facility quarantine guidelines (except for families living with the same address)

* 300 ASTA will be charged as service fee when a refund request of ASTA is made. (The fee may vary according to the market price.)
* Change/ cancellation fee will be applied to any cancellation without a good reason.
* Any reservation shall not be transferred to a third party under any circumstances and ASTATOUR shall not be responsible for any penalty incurred therefrom.
* Product price may vary depending on the availability.
* Cooking in a room is only allowed using the cooking appliances provided by the hotel. Cooking with any types of personal cookware such as portable gas burner is strictly prohibited. Customer shall be responsible and liable for the fire caused or all the loss/damage caused.
* Please do not damage the room amenities and please refrain from moving furniture.
* All additional fees including charges of additional guest, breakfast and late checkout, etc., should be requested and paid on-site. (Not accept ASTA payment)
* If a booking request is pending confirmation, the booking may not be successful or may be canceled depending on the room availability of the hotel/resort.
* Booking may be canceled automatically if the contact is not available due to the incorrect contact information.
* Minors without accompaniment of parents or guardians will be denied to check-in and refund is not possible.
* Auxiliary facilities and room amenities may be changed depending on the hotel situation.
* Room allocation will be made upon check-in in accordance with the hotel situation. Request for pre-assigning is not possible.

COVID-19 Relevant Information
* All hotel guests are required to wear masks in the hotel area. Guests refusing to wear masks will be restricted from using the hotel facilities.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

* The cancellation fee is calculated based on the check-in date, regardless of the reservation date (payment date). Cancellation fee may be charged immediately upon booking depending on the product.
* 300 ASTA will be charged as service fee when a refund request of ASTA is made. (The fee may vary according to the market price.)
* Refund is not possible if users deposit wrongly to other coins by mistake.
* 100% full refund will be made if the booking is cancelled by the hotel/resort or ASTATOUR.
* Depending on the policy of the hotel/resort, changing a booking may be considered as cancellation. Request of cancelling or changing the reservation can only be submitted during the business hours on weekdays. (excluding public holidays)
* According to the relevant regulations of the Juvenile Protection Act, without accompaniment of a legal representative, minors under the age of 19 are prohibited from staying overnight with opposite sex. The reservation cannot be cancelled or refunded under this circumstance.
* ASTATOUR as a travel agency shall only be responsible for booking issue. The hotel/resort will be accountable for any issues related to the product.
* ASTATOUR as an intermediary shall not be responsible or reliable for handling the cancellation or refund request related to the dispute occurred on-site (e.g., amenity problems).
