Location: Grand Josun Busan is located about 10 minutes' walk from Haeundae Station and 3 minutes' walk from Haeundae Beach.

Grand Josun Busan is a new hotel to be introduced at Chosun Hotel & Resort. When you enter the lobby, the white-tone interior delivers an understated sophistication and the vast ocean offers a refreshing rest as soon as you enter the room.
The distinctive dining of Chinese restaurants, buffet restaurants, lounges & bars adds to the enjoyment of gourmet food, and you can enjoy the real relaxation of your life in various rest areas such as swimming pools and saunas.

* Guides to the swimming pool
- Location: 6th floor
- Operating period: permanent (closed on the third Tuesday of each month)
- Indoor swimming pool operation hours: 06:00 - 22:00
- Outdoor swimming pool hours: 08:00 - 21:00
- Take off your outer shoes inside the swimming pool, and make sure to wear swimsuit-based clothing before entering the water.
- Infants under 36 months old can only use Kid's Pool and Whirlpool. Make sure to wear waterproof diapers.
- For safety reasons, tubes, beach balls, toys and swimming equipment (oribals, snorkels) are not allowed in the swimming pool (life vests, arm tubes are available).
- Water quality maintenance may be carried out for a certain period of time to manage water quality when using the swimming pool.
- No outside food is allowed when entering the swimming pool.
- All customers must follow the safety personnel's instructions, and failure to do so may result in restricted access to the pool.

* Fitness Center Information
- Location: 6th floor
- Operation period: permanent (regular closure on the third Tuesday of each month)
- Operating hours: 06:00 - 22:00
- Fitness is not available with or without a guardian if you are under 16.
- No food or alcohol is allowed and you cannot enter while you are drunk.
- Make sure to wear sportswear and sneakers when using fitness.

* Sauna information
- Location: 6th floor
- Operation period: permanent (regular closure on the third Tuesday of each month)
- Operating hours: 06:00 - 22:00
- Amount used (normal price): 44,000 won per person
(Customers using Superior~Deluxe Room will get a 50% discount for 2 adults/premier~ Suite room customers are free for up to 2 adults)
- Children under the age of 13 are not allowed to enter due to safety issues.
- Customers with tattoos over 15cm can use the sauna after attaching patches.
(Customers with tattoos not covered by patches are not allowed to use the sauna.)

User Guide (Please read the following information carefully before booking.)

* To change or cancel a reservation, please contact our Customer Support (1544-6664).
* 300 ASTA will be charged as service fee when a refund request of ASTA is made. (The fee may vary according to the market price.)
* Change/ cancellation fee will be applied to any cancellation without a good reason.
* Any reservation shall not be transferred to a third party under any circumstances and ASTATOUR shall not be responsible for any penalty incurred therefrom.
* Product price may vary depending on the availability.
* Cooking in a room is only allowed using the cooking appliances provided by the hotel. Cooking with any types of personal cookware such as portable gas burner is strictly prohibited. Customer shall be responsible and liable for the fire caused or all the loss/damage caused.
* Please do not damage the room amenities and please refrain from moving furniture.
* All additional fees including charges of additional guest, breakfast and late checkout, etc., should be requested and paid on-site. (Not accept ASTA payment)
* If a booking request is pending confirmation, the booking may not be successful or may be canceled depending on the room availability of the hotel/resort.
* Booking may be canceled automatically if the contact is not available due to the incorrect contact information.
* Minors without accompaniment of parents or guardians will be denied to check-in and refund is not possible.
* Auxiliary facilities and room amenities may be changed depending on the hotel situation.
* Room allocation will be made upon check-in in accordance with the hotel situation. Request for pre-assigning is not possible.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

* Please contact our Customer Support for any inquiry about the booking status.
* The cancellation fee is calculated based on the check-in date, regardless of the reservation date (payment date). Cancellation fee may be charged immediately upon booking depending on the product.
* 300 ASTA will be charged as service fee when a refund request of ASTA is made. (The fee may vary according to the market price.)
* Refund is not possible if users deposit wrongly to other coins by mistake.
* 100% full refund will be made if the booking is cancelled by the hotel/resort or ASTATOUR.
* Depending on the policy of the hotel/resort, changing a booking may be considered as cancellation. Request of cancelling or changing the reservation can only be submitted during the business hours on weekdays. (excluding public holidays)
* According to the relevant regulations of the Juvenile Protection Act, without accompaniment of a legal representative, minors under the age of 19 are prohibited from staying overnight with opposite sex. The reservation cannot be cancelled or refunded under this circumstance.
* ASTATOUR as a travel agency shall only be responsible for booking issue. The hotel/resort will be accountable for any issues related to the product.
* ASTATOUR as an intermediary shall not be responsible or reliable for handling the cancellation or refund request related to the dispute occurred on-site (e.g., amenity problems).

* In case of transferring a booking to others (Accommodation booking cannot be transferred to others.)
* In case of already checked in or after the time of check-in (including No-Show)
