* Additional Fee Notice (Onsite Payment)
- Added bedding: 11,000 won per night at resort / 22,000 won per night at hotel
- Extra bed (hotel room only): KRW 44,000 per night
- Additional number of people other than the standard number (based on 1 night): 5,500 won per person when self-reporting / 11,000 won per person when not reported
- Change to Ocean View room (for resort/ per night): 22,000 won, paid on site upon check-in

* If the room quota is exceeded at check-in, but you do not pay an additional fee and are confirmed at check-out, you will be charged a normal fee, not a discounted additional fee.

* Room assignments will be made on a first-come, first-served basis from 12 o'clock. For resorts, the ocean view type may be closed early due to the optional [22,000 won difference between regular rooms and fares].

* Room maintenance instructions
- Free re-maintenance will be carried out once if the resort room stays for more than 3 nights (requires a pre-request before 3 p.m.).
- We do not operate re-maintenance for resort rooms under 3 nights.

* Before leaving the room, please clean the kitchen and recycle trash for the next customer.

* No pets or dangerous items are allowed in the room.

* For your safety and property protection, firearm goods such as burners/grills/electric grills are not allowed in the room.

* Please keep your valuables at the front desk. Please note that we are not responsible for the loss of stored valuables.

* Firecrackers are prohibited in Sol Beach (including beaches). Please use firecrackers at nearby beaches.

* Minors Check-in information for minors
- Please note that you may not be able to check in with your guardian under the Youth Protection Act.
- Minors (under 19 years of age) can only stay with their parents' consent or accompany them. (No rooming allowed)

User Guide (Please read the following information carefully before booking.)
* Breakfast is not included. (Depending on the hotel)
* Pet is not allowed. (Depending on the hotel)
* To change or cancel a reservation, please contact our Customer Support (1544-6664).
* 300 ASTA will be charged as service fee when a refund request of ASTA is made. (The fee may vary according to the market price.)
* Change/ cancellation fee will be applied to any cancellation without a good reason.
* Any reservation shall not be transferred to a third party under any circumstances and ASTATOUR shall not be responsible for any penalty incurred therefrom.
* Product price may vary depending on the availability.
* Cooking in a room is only allowed using the cooking appliances provided by the hotel. Cooking with any types of personal cookware such as portable gas burner is strictly prohibited. Customer shall be responsible and liable for the fire caused or all the loss/damage caused.
* Please do not damage the room amenities and please refrain from moving furniture.
* All additional fees including charges of additional guest, breakfast and late checkout, etc., should be requested and paid on-site. (Not accept ASTA payment)
* If a booking request is pending confirmation, the booking may not be successful or may be canceled depending on the room availability of the hotel/resort.
* Booking may be canceled automatically if the contact is not available due to the incorrect contact information.
* Minors without accompaniment of parents or guardians will be denied to check-in and refund is not possible.
* Auxiliary facilities and room amenities may be changed depending on the hotel situation.
* Room allocation will be made upon check-in in accordance with the hotel situation. Request for pre-assigning is not possible.

COVID-19 Relevant Information
* All hotel guests are required to wear masks in the hotel area. Guests refusing to wear masks will be restricted from using the hotel facilities.
* In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and according to the government's guidelines, facilities like sauna, fitness center and swimming pool will be temporarily closed without notice. (Please contact hotels for any inquiry.)
* In accordance with the government regulations, please understand that the guest who is required for self-quarantine (overseas entrants and contacts with confirmed cases) may be restricted in the use of accommodation and other facilities.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

* Please contact our Customer Support for any inquiry about the booking status.
* The cancellation fee is calculated based on the check-in date, regardless of the reservation date (payment date). Cancellation fee may be charged immediately upon booking depending on the product.
* 300 ASTA will be charged as service fee when a refund request of ASTA is made. (The fee may vary according to the market price.)
* Refund is not possible if users deposit wrongly to other coins by mistake.
* 100% full refund will be made if the booking is cancelled by the hotel/resort or ASTATOUR.
* Depending on the policy of the hotel/resort, changing a booking may be considered as cancellation. Request of cancelling or changing the reservation can only be submitted during the business hours on weekdays. (excluding public holidays)
* According to the relevant regulations of the Juvenile Protection Act, without accompaniment of a legal representative, minors under the age of 19 are prohibited from staying overnight with opposite sex. The reservation cannot be cancelled or refunded under this circumstance.
* ASTATOUR as a travel agency shall only be responsible for booking issue. The hotel/resort will be accountable for any issues related to the product.
* ASTATOUR as an intermediary shall not be responsible or reliable for handling the cancellation or refund request related to the dispute occurred on-site (e.g., amenity problems).

* In case of transferring a booking to others (Accommodation booking cannot be transferred to others.)
* In case of already checked in or after the time of check-in (including No-Show)
